We have a LARGE VARIETY of costumes that are availble for rent for Hallowe'en or for events year round.
Costume rental prices vary depending on the costume. (all rentals require a Visa security deposit)

Rental Policies:

We have specific days for rentals and pickups -- call 604-596-4883 for days and times

We do rentals only -- no sales
-
We prefer that orders be placed by phone, fax or in person.

On placement of an order we require the following:
-
A security deposit in the from of Visa, MC or cash.

With the security deposit the renter authorizers EJS to use the deposit to pay for loss, damage or cancellation.

Cancellation fee is $15.00 per costume.

Renter will be charges for damage and/or lost items as deemed reasonable by EJS.

All orders are paid for in full at pick-up.

All prices quoted are for a one day rental.

Costume Care

All costumes must be returned on date specified on invoice.

A late fee of 50% of the rental price is charged for each day after the stated return date.

Costumes must be returned on hanger and in the bags provided.

Please do not clean costume -- we prefer to do it ourselves.

Renter may be responsible for excessive soil or stains.

In the event of loss or non-return, Renter agrees to pay the replacement value of the costumes.

All merchandise remain the property of EJS School of Fine Arts while in possession of the renter.

For all concerned it is best to order at least 2-4 weeks in advance.

If it is a large production please have the information at least 4-6 weeks in advance

When roviding costumes to our customers without an in-person fitting we require the following:

In order to ensure fit, measurements must be take by a Tape Measure. ( in inches)

For men we require: chest, waist, inseam or outseam, sleeve length, height and weight.

For women we require: bust, waist for waist to floor, height and weight (hips, if costume is close fitting)

We have a measurement form we can fax you.
